Warranty
Every pop top fitted by T29 Customs is covered by a 5-year parts & labour warranty from the date of collection.
What’s covered
Manufacturing defects in the pop-top assembly, canvas, scissor mechanism, sealing and any electrical work fitted by us, in normal use.
What’s not covered
Accidental damage, misuse, modifications by third parties, neglect of routine canvas cleaning and re-proofing, and consumables (bulbs, fuses, batteries beyond their stated manufacturer warranty).
Making a claim
Email info@t29customs.uk or call 01253 224 911 with your vehicle registration and a short description of the issue. Photos help us diagnose quickly. We’ll book you in for inspection at the earliest available slot.
Trade-supplied work
Where a trade supplier has fitted a T29 pop top on behalf of their customer, warranty claims are handled through your installer. Please contact your installer firstly.
