Returns Policy
We want you to be so happy with your pop top or parts purchase that you just can’t stop recommending us! The following sets out when returns and cancellations are accepted.
Fitted conversions
Once installation has begun, a pop top install cannot be returned. Booking deposits are non-refundable, but workshop dates can be moved with at least 14 days’ notice.
Unfitted parts & accessories
Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping. Please contact us first so we can issue a return reference.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault under warranty, contact info@t29customs.ukwithin 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number.
